For many years, I had a dream of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Last year, to celebrate my seventieth birthday, the opportunity finally came. Lou, my trainer for the past two years, agreed to help me prepare for this arduous journey of a lifetime. Lou is a skilled, motivating trainer. Our twice weekly sessions more than prepared me for the strength and endurance required for 11 days on the mountain. I reached the summit (19,000 feet) with energy to spare. Many thanks to Lou for his encouragement and expertise. If anyone is looking for a great trainer who tailors workouts that help achieve dreams, I highly recommend Lou!

After years of sedentary life, I resolved to fight back and get in shape. Personal Trainer Vernier is my secret weapon. He is enormously talented as a trainer. He practices what he preaches, keeping himself in great shape so he can serve his clients well. I never knew how far I could push myself in my own exercise program. I’m sure I never would have pushed myself to my capability. Garrett has been my trainer for a few months. Upon meeting him, we discussed my personal fitness goals. He implemented a customized comprehensive fitness plan for me, which includes cardio and strength training. He is always prepared, and always has a positive attitude. Ginny is the best! She listens to my concerns and areas I want to focus on during my workout. Then, she tailors the training sessions to target those goals. Most recently, I joined the Aquakinetics program. It is wonderful. She continuously updates the program, which keeps the sessions fresh and fun! Being in pain every day motivated me to get moving again and get fit. I hurt my hip by moving incorrectly. I needed help. My chiropractor got me back on my feet, but it was up to me to prevent another injury. This is where Amanda helped.
