• Athletic wear must be worn while on the exercise floor. No jeans, belts, buttons, scrubs, loose jewelry, street shoes (sandals etc.).
• No loud or foul language.
• No food or beverage in the exercise area with the exception of water in plastic bottles.
• If sweating, please wipe down the equipment when sets are completed with Gym Wipes, provided throughout the exercise floor.
• Respect other people’s right to exercise. Allow others to use equipment in between sets.
• Do not leave towels, water bottles, litter, or other such items on the floor or on the equipment.
• In the free weights area: rack all plates after use and return all dumbbells.
• In the free weights area: ask for a spot when lifting heavy. Weights should not be thrown nor dropped.
• Avoid walking in between someone exercising and the mirror (mirrors are used to ensure correct form).
• All personal belongings should be placed in a locked locker, not in the exercise area.
• Please mind your manners… Annoying socializers and grunters can disrupt a good workout.
• Cell phone usage is prohibited on the exercise floor and in all locker rooms. If you must answer your cell phone (in case of emergency), please walk to the closest corridor to proceed with your conversation.
