Swim Lessons
Make swimming a part of your workout!
We offer a wide variety of swimming options for the entire family. We offer swim lessons to help swimmers and non-swimmers, ages 3 to adults, to develop abilities or improve their swimming and water safety skills. Swimming is a great way to build self confidence.
Private and Semi-Private lesson packages are available. Lessons are scheduled at your convenience.

Competitive Stroke – Ages 6-17 Years
Refine, improve, strengthen, & increase speed!
These training sessions are aimed at refining competitive strokes, improving endurance, strength and speed through a variety of drills.
Swim Team
Join the swim team and take it to the next level!
This program is for those who want to improve their strength and timing for competition, in a very accepting and nurturing environment.
PREREQUISITE: Must be able to demonstrate a competency in all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly).
Parent & Me Class – Ages: 6 Months to 3 Years
Our Parent & Me program is a water orientation and adaptation class that helps children become comfortable with the water and learn the basics. Skills are introduced at the child’s development level and build-up as the child progresses. This class is fun for both the kids and the parents. 6 sessions, 30 minutes each.
Master Swim
Attention triathletes & competitive swimmers!
If you want to achieve new levels of fitness, Master Swim is perfect for improving your strokes and developing endurance.
PREREQUISITE: Must be able to swim 400 yards.

American Red Cross Programs
Lifeguard Training – Ages: 15+
Interested in a great summer job or challenging career as a professional lifeguard? Through videos, group discussion and hands-on practice, you’ll learn teamwork, rescue and surveillance skills, First Aid and CPR/AED and other others skills you need to work as a professional lifeguard.
PREREQUISITE: Must be at least 15 years of age. Must be able to swim 300 yards (100 yards Freestyle, 100 yards Breaststroke, 100 yards either freestyle or breaststroke.) Must be able to retrieve a 10-pound object from 7-10 feet of water as well as swim the 20 yards to and from the object and exit the water without the use of a ladder or steps within 1 minute and 40 seconds.
Water Safety Instructor – Ages: 16+
As a swim coach or swim instructor, you are an expert at perfecting your swimmers’ strokes and shaving seconds off their times. You are also your team’s guide and leader. Course topics include responsible coaching, competitive swimming safety, emergency planning and response, common injuries and medical conditions.
PREREQUISITE: Swimmers must be able to perform all 6 strokes to qualify as candidates. 25 yards Freestyle, 25 yards Back Crawl, 25 yards Breaststroke, 25 yards Elementary Backstroke, 25 yards Sidestroke, 15 yards Butterfly. Maintain position on back for 1 minute in deep water (floating or sculling). Tread water for 1 minute.
CPR/AED Training
Learn how to respond to a cardiac or breathing emergency, including the use of automated external defibrillators (AED). With an emphasis on hands-on learning, our CPR/AED courses will give you the skills to save a life. All courses align with OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs and certificates are issued upon successful completion. Adult and infant/child CPR options available.
